Athletic Performance Membership
The Xtra Mile Athletic Performance program is for athletes age 12-18 who are looking to gain strength, improve their speed, and increase their power.

Our certified coaches will teach the athletes to move and lift properly, and then design a program to help them reach their full potential.

This program is a must for any athlete looking to gain the competitive edge!

Once you have purchases this package, a staff member will reach out to you and get you set up with our scheduling system.

Are you ready to start your fitness journey with Xtra Mile Fitness?

- Goals consultation with a certified coach

- Unlimited CrossFit Classes at Xtra Mile (Once you have completed one-on-one workouts)

XM Weightlifting Monthly Membership
XM Weightlifting is a program for everyone from the first timer who is looking to learn to lift, to someone who is looking to compete in the sport of weightlifting.

All of our coaches are USAW certified, we are a USAW facility, and we are the home to a Masters National Champion.

We offer coached lifting sessions 4-8pm (M/W), 4-6pm (T/Th), 7:00-10:00am (Saturday, along with open gym time from 5am-4pm (M-F) to get your workouts in.

This program is run by Devin Mundy who was a 4x National Champion with his team at Lindenwood University, and is now part of the coaching staff at Lindenwood along with coaching at XM Weightlifting.
